Who we are

Brandon Cab Service provides airport transfers, local transfers and tours in Malta. This policy explains what we collect when you use brandoncabservice.com or our phone app.

What we collect

Account details: your name, email address and phone number.

Booking details: pickup and drop-off points, date and time, vehicle type, chosen driver and the price of the trip.

Location: if you allow it, your device location is used to set your pickup point and, while you choose to share it, to show your position to the driver who is collecting you. Drivers share their location with the passenger only while a trip is active.

Basic technical data such as your device type, needed to keep the service working and secure.

How we use it

To take, confirm and carry out your booking.

To let your driver find you and to let you follow your driver during the trip.

To keep records of completed trips and payments, and to contact you about a booking.

Location sharing controls

Location is never collected in the background. It is used only while the app is open and only after you tap to allow it. You can stop sharing at any time from your ride screen, or turn location off for the app in your phone settings.

Who can see your data

Only you, the driver assigned to your trip, and Brandon Cab Service. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Data is stored on secure hosted servers and protected by per-account access rules.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations. Live location points are kept only for the duration of the trip.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete your account and its data. Contact us and we will act within 30 days, in line with the GDPR.
